Usage:
Apply Whitening strips to upper and lower teeth once daily for 60 minutes total. Then apply light to upper and lower teeth until it turns off automatically. Full results in 10 days!
Instructions:
- Step 1: Apply strips and wear for 1 hour. Wear the strips for the full hour before using the light
- Step 2: After 1 hour, press and hold the two buttons simultaneously to turn on light, then release
- Step 3: Then place light against the top strip until the light automatically turns off after a few minutes

What can I say, I don’t like dentists. After several months of painful cleanings, I gave it a rest. A 8-year rest. Yeah, I know. Well, that beautiful white smile was gone. So, I’m at the periodontist and the dental assistant recommends these strips. I tried them over 12 years ago and wasn’t impressed…at all. But, I figured what the heck – I’d give it a try. Well, they work. Really well. You will see results after the first treatment. Like, moments after you remove them the first time!
I have sensitive teeth and gums, so I wasn’t surprised that initially there was some minor pain. Mostly, it’s just sitting around with them on your teeth for a full hour that can drive you a little stir crazy. They may feel like they are slipping, but they aren’t. When your saliva makes contact, they will start the active agents bubble up under the strips. Once you’ve sat for 55 minutes, apply the light. I noticed it actually says lit for about 6-7 minutes, not 5 minutes as stated in the instructions. When it’s done, pull the strips off with a deliberate but slow tug, as a part it is affixed to your gums. Well worth the money.
I’m ordering another box of strips and will give it a 1-2 week rest and then do a second treatment. I’d like pure white teeth, so I’m going to see just how close I get to it. If you don’t drink coffee or smoke and aren’t like me and trying this after skipping the dentist for a long period, chances are you’ll get there.

I bought this as a last resort before paying hundreds of dollars to get my teeth whitened professionally… I’m absolutely and utterly amazed.
I’ve only used it twice (back to back nights) and, well, the photo says it all.
After just two uses, years and years of coffee and (when I was much younger) smoking were erased.
I’m thrilled.
I’ve never been much of a “smiler” in photos. But after having my son, my rbf (resting b!tch face) didn’t look too great in family photos. I’ve been smiling a LOT more and my (yellow) teeth were so much more obvious.

i noticed results after the 1st 2 times i used this….make sure to use sensodyne toothpaste for a few days before using the white strips or you could be in some discomfort – also don’t brush the front of your teeth the next day as your gums will be very tender (this will go away after a day or so)

You have to follow the directions to the letter. Press the long strip onto your top teeth and the short one on the bottom, then wait an hour. (You will spit out excess saliva that forms naturally). It’s a long time..an hour.. but worth it. I didn’t take before photos but can REALLY see a difference after 4 sessions. Lots of coffee stains came right off.

This kit has served as my introduction to using whitening strips and it has worked wonders for me. My teeth are now a shade or two whiter thanks to this. As this kit has only 10 pairs of strips, I used the first one with the recommended instructions, then realized that the crowns of my teeth are quite sensitive to it so I snipped all the 9 remaining pairs of strips into two and applied them to the outer surface of my teeth so as to avoid the sensitive areas, giving me 18 pairs of strips to use. After using them with the light, they have successfully lightened my smile and I’m quite satisfied.
