How to use
Adults children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children 2 to 6 years: Use only a pea sized amount and supervise child’s brushing and rinsing (to minimize swallowing).

As good as a whitening toothpaste I have ever used but honestly not as good as the strips, for me personally I have noticed shade difference with the paste and also when I use a week worth of strips but the only way I get a full overall coverage of really white colour is if I do the full 20 day course of professional
